There are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS for Narrative Motion animation files.  They are digital files.

Please download one of the free animations to see the quality and to test that the animation format will work with your project before purchasing paid animations.

Each animation product has a preview video that accurately shows the quality and animation of each file.
