THE BARRIE AND COMMUNITY FAMILY HEALTH TEAM (BCFHT) is one of the largest FHTs in Ontario, with a budget of over $14 million and over 150 staff. The BCFHT offers the full spectrum of healthcare delivery. From birth to end of life, preventative care and chronic disease management, prenatal care, hospital care, LTC, and palliative care.
The project for the BCFHT was developed to showcase the breadth and scope of services provided.
